Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set forth the conditions for using the online store (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by BDP Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") on this website. Users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Article 1 (Applicability)

These Terms shall apply to all relationships between Users and the Company regarding the use of the Service.

Article 2 (Registration)

In order to use the Service, a prospective user must agree to these Terms and apply for registration using the method prescribed by the Company. The registration is complete when the Company notifies the applicant of the approval.

The Company may refuse registration if it determines that the applicant has any of the following conditions, and the Company is not obligated to disclose the reason for the refusal:

If the applicant has previously violated these Terms.

If the Company deems the registration request inappropriate for any other reason.

Article 3 (Management of User ID and Password)

Users are responsible for managing their user ID and password for the Service.

Users may not transfer, lend, or share their user ID and password with third parties under any circumstances. The Company considers any login using a valid user ID and password combination to be an action by the registered user.

The Company is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the user ID and password by a third party, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.
Article 4 (Sales Contract)

In the Service, a sales contract is concluded when a user makes a purchase request to the Company, and the Company notifies the user of its acceptance of the request. Ownership of the product transfers to the user when the Company hands the product over to the delivery service.

The Company may cancel the sales contract without prior notice to the user if the user falls under any of the following conditions:

If the user violates these Terms.

If delivery is not completed due to an incorrect or unknown address, or prolonged absence.

If the Company deems the trust between the Company and the user to have been broken.

Payment methods, delivery methods, cancellation procedures, and return procedures related to the Service are determined separately by the Company.
Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)
The copyright and other intellectual property rights of the product images and other content provided by the Service (hereinafter referred to as "Content") belong to the Company and its legitimate rights holders, including content providers. Users may not reproduce, republish, alter, or otherwise use the Content without permission.
Article 6 (Prohibited Actions)
Users must not engage in any of the following actions while using the Service:

Actions that violate laws or public order and morals.

Actions related to criminal activities.

Infringement of copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights contained in the Service.

Destruction or interference with the Company's servers or network functions.

Article 7 (Suspension of Service)

Article 9 (Withdrawal)
Users may withdraw from the Service by following the prescribed procedures for withdrawal.
Article 10 (Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability)

Article 14 (Notices and Communications)
Notices or communications between the user and the Company will be made in the manner prescribed by the Company. Unless the user notifies the Company of any changes, the contact details currently registered will be deemed valid, and notifications or communications sent to those details will be deemed to have reached the user.
Article 15 (Prohibition of Transfer of Rights and Obligations)
Users may not transfer or pledge their rights or obligations under the user agreement or these Terms to a third party without the prior written consent of the Company.
Article 16 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by Japanese law, excluding the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

In the event of any dispute regarding the Service, the court with jurisdiction over the Company's head office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
