You can adjust the curve slightly by warming it in hot water.

The width can be adjusted by filing it down using the included file.
Since it is difficult to make significant adjustments or to adjust the item if parts are attached, please also consider a size exchange.

There may be residue such as nail tip remover oil remaining.
Please remove any oil using the included alcohol pad or detergent.

The reasons why nail tips may fall off are not limited to the application method, but are also influenced by individual factors such as the environment in which they are used and the shape of your own nails.

However, you may be able to achieve a more secure application by checking the following points, so please give them a try:
・Please check that the curve of the nail tip matches your nail well and that there are no gaps.
・When applying, please be sure to cure the nails carefully by shining the light from various angles.
・If you are using a handheld light, please ensure that it is fully charged.
・Please check that the amount of gel used is appropriate.
・Please be careful not to put any strain on your nails when applying the nail tips.

You can remove them by soaking them in hot water for a longer period or by adjusting the water temperature to 40–50°C.
Also, please try using a slightly larger amount of nail tip remover oil.
They may be difficult to remove immediately after application as they are securely fixed.

You can remove the nail tips by soaking them in warm water.
If you have trouble removing them, soak them for a longer period and use nail tip remover oil to assist with the removal process.

When applied and cured thoroughly with gel, adhesion is increased, so we recommend wearing them for a set period (approximately 3 weeks as a guide).
*Forcing them off after a short period may cause damage to your nails.

When removing, you can also remove the adhesive gel 02 at the same time.

Although it will cure without it, please apply Adhesive Gel 01 to improve the adhesion of the tip.

Adhesive Gel 02 may harden in low-temperature environments.
If you place it in a warm area or warm it in 40-50°C water, it will soften and become easier to use.

*Adhesive Gel 02 has some viscosity. It does not have a liquid-like consistency.
