As an EC specialist, you will be responsible for the management and operation of our brand's e-commerce sites and online marketplaces.

【Requirements】

※The following are all mandatory (industry experience is not required):
・Experience in EC operations
・Ability to formulate EC sales strategies
・Knowledge of EC marketing

【Working Hours/Days】

9:00 - 18:00 (8 hours of actual work, 1-hour break)

【Holidays/Leave】

・5-day work week (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays); 120+ days off per year
・Golden Week, Summer holidays, Year-end/New Year holidays
・Annual paid leave (10 days granted after 6 months of employment)
・Maternity and childcare leave

【Salary】

Monthly salary: From 280,000 JPY
≪Bonus twice a year, Salary review once a year≫ (Subject to change based on company performance and individual results)

※Salary will be increased or offered on preferential terms based on experience and ability.
※No change in salary during the trial period.
※Separate from the annual salary, there is a year-end performance-linked bonus system.
※Determined by company regulations based on experience and skills.
