【Job Description】

You will be responsible for all sales activities aimed at further expanding our popular in-house apparel brand and rapidly growing nail brand in the Japanese market. Your role will go beyond mere business development to include strengthening relationships with existing wholesale partners, optimizing store displays, and planning and executing promotional campaigns.

【Key Responsibilities】

Sales activities (proposals, negotiations, and order processing) for both new and existing corporate clients
Negotiating terms for product placement, building retail displays, and proposing promotional activities
Introducing new products and creating sales presentation materials
Analyzing and reporting on sales data and market trends
Developing sales strategies and proposing initiatives for channel expansion

【Requirements】

At least 2 years of B2B sales experience (in any industry)
Basic PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
Confidence in your communication and proposal-writing skills
Ability to communicate smoothly with internal and external parties

【Working Hours and Days】

9:00 - 18:00 (8 hours of actual work, 1 hour break)

・5-day work week (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays); over 120 days off per year

【Salary】

Monthly salary: 280,000 - 500,000 yen
≪Bonus twice a year, annual salary review≫ (Subject to company performance and individual results)
